This information is entered into our system at the time of drop-off to manage your order and send you a text message when your laundry is ready.
Your information is used for one purpose: to process your laundry order and notify you when it's ready for pickup.
We do not use your information for marketing. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties — ever.
Order data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized staff and management at World O' Suds. We do not expose customer data publicly.
By providing your phone number at drop-off, you agree to receive a single SMS notification when your order is complete. No follow-up marketing texts. One message per order.
